高亦博，1984年生，籍貫遼寧海城，國家自然科學基金委優青，國家重點研發計劃首席科學家。現為國家癌癥中心/國家惡性腫瘤臨床醫學研究中心/中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院轉化醫學實驗室主任，博士生導師；胸外科主治醫師、副研究員、實驗室主管。清華大學、北京協和醫學院臨床醫學、腫瘤學博士，美國杜克大學醫學中心訪問學者。

主要開展食管癌、肺癌等胸部腫瘤的基因組測序、表觀遺傳、多組學分子分型和精準醫學研究，探究表觀遺傳和代謝重編程調控癌癥發生發展和療效預后的分子機制，篩選和驗證腫瘤精準診療生物標志物。
