劉明洋，1985年生，籍貫遼寧遼陽。中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院研究員，分子腫瘤學國家重點實驗室課題組長，博士生導師。2004年考入大連醫科大學臨床醫學專業，2009年獲得學士學位。2009年考入北京協和醫院病理學與病理專業，2014年獲得博士學位，期間從事胰腺癌等消化道腫瘤病理形態學及機制研究。2014年進入美國俄克拉荷馬大學醫學院進行博士后研究工作，主要研究胰腺癌發生、侵襲轉移及化療耐藥機制。 2022年加入中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院，為研究員。
