熊海清,1995年生,中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院血液病醫(yī)院(中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院血液學(xué)研究所)副研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。2016年本科畢業(yè)于湖北大學(xué),2022年于北京大學(xué)獲整合生命科學(xué)(生物學(xué))博士學(xué)位(導(dǎo)師:何愛(ài)彬教授)。曾以第一作者(含共同)在Nature Methods、Nature Cell Biology、Molecular Cell、Circulation Research等雜志上發(fā)表論文5篇。獲2022年吳瑞獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
圍繞細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定和基因表達(dá)調(diào)控,開(kāi)發(fā)并利用單細(xì)胞ChIP-seq技術(shù)和單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)技術(shù)解析造血譜系分化和血液疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定及轉(zhuǎn)變的表觀分子調(diào)控機(jī)制。
