樸美華，1982年生，籍貫圖們市，護理信息學家，中國醫學科學院護理學院研究員，博士生導師。2001年考入延邊大學護理學專業，2006年獲得學士學位。2007年開始在韓國首爾大學護理信息專業攻讀碩士、博士學位，從事醫療大數據分析、數據整合平臺開發、自然語言處理、數字療法開發等研究。2011年開始在Jeju Halla 大學護理學院擔任助理教授進行護理教學工作。2019年進入Seoul National大學醫院擔任副教授進行海量數據的真實世界研究，支撐藥品、器械效果跟蹤和新藥的設計研究。2022年開始在中國醫學科學院護理學院擔任研究員。

基于大數據的慢病管理, 移動和智慧醫療的應用、主動健康和延緩衰老的技術措施與平臺建設研究（生活方式、膳食營養等因素對健康狀態評估改變的影響，建立增齡健康狀態量化評估技術規范與應用指南）。
