個人簡介

蘭峰,1982年生,籍貫福建,從事心血管病學基礎和轉化研究,研究員,博士生導師。2000年考入中央民族大學生物科學專業,2004年獲得學士學位。2004-2009年在北京大學細胞生物學專業攻讀博士學位,從事多能干細胞生物學研究。2009-2014于斯坦福大學心血管研究所進行博士后研究工作。2014-2019進入首都醫科大學附屬北京安貞醫院,任教授,博導,并獨立帶領課題組開展遺傳性心臟病研究。2020年進入阜外醫院,2021年升為助理研究員。


主要研究方向

采用最前沿的多能干細胞模型(hPSC)和堿基編輯技術,研究遺傳性心臟?。ㄐ募〔?、心律失常)的發病機制,建立一系列精準診斷和治療的新方法,并進行臨床應用轉化。建立了首個肥厚型心肌病iPS模型。帶領團隊首次采用堿基編輯器對肥厚型心肌病模型進行在體基因編輯治療。
