個人簡介

劉芝華,1965年生,籍貫山東,中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院副院長,分子腫瘤學國家重點實驗室主任。北京大學生科院本科、博士,美國華盛頓州立大學博士后,1996年底加入醫科院腫瘤醫院工作至今。主要研究工作是腫瘤發生發展的分子機理及轉化研究,利用多組學數據鑒定腫瘤驅動基因,對腫瘤進行精確分型,指導臨床治療、發現新型標志物和治療靶點,闡述關鍵基因和通路的功能表型和調控機制,在基因表達調控、蛋白翻譯后修飾等方面做了系列工作。


主要研究方向

主要研究方向為惡性腫瘤發生發展的分子機制及個體化治療,聚焦食管癌研究,鑒定腫瘤驅動基因,對腫瘤進行精準分型,指導臨床治療;發現早期診斷的分子標志物及腫瘤治療靶點,闡述關鍵基因和通路的功能表型和調控機制。
