個人簡介

林東昕,1955年生,籍貫福建福州,腫瘤遺傳學(xué)和基因組學(xué)專家,腫瘤醫(yī)院研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1976年進(jìn)入上海醫(yī)科大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生專業(yè),1980年畢業(yè)。1983年在北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事食品衛(wèi)生與毒理學(xué)研究。1988年在WHO國際癌癥研究機構(gòu)(法國里昂)從事腫瘤病因?qū)W研究。1990年進(jìn)入美國國家毒理學(xué)研究中心作為高級訪問學(xué)者進(jìn)行研究工作,主要研究腫瘤病因和腫瘤分子流行病。1994年回國工作,1995年為副研究員/副教授,1997年為研究員/教授。2013年當(dāng)選中國工程院院士。


主要研究方向

主要研究我國常見惡性腫瘤(食管癌和胰腺癌等)基因組的遺傳和表遺傳學(xué)改變;這些改變與腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展及其表型的關(guān)系、在精準(zhǔn)防治和早篩中的作用。
