個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

陳曉光,1958年生,籍貫遼寧省錦西,腫瘤藥理學(xué)家,藥物研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1978年04月考入佳木斯醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)療系醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè),1982年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。1985年08月在黑龍江中醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)藥理學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事心血管藥理學(xué)研究。1992年08月在北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位,從事腫瘤分子藥理學(xué)研究。1995年升為助理研究員。1996年為副研究員,1999年為研究員。


主要研究方向

主要從事抗腫瘤藥物的分子藥理學(xué)研究及新藥創(chuàng)制與開(kāi)發(fā),免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑的研究與開(kāi)發(fā),主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榭鼓[瘤藥物研究新靶點(diǎn)- MEKK1、PARP1/2、PIN1、HIF-1、HSP90、IDO1/TDO、PD1/PD-L1、LAG3、NOD1/NOD2等抑制劑,PI3K、STAT3、Hedgehog等信號(hào)通路抑制劑以及與免疫調(diào)節(jié)密切相關(guān)的S1P1受體激動(dòng)劑和TGF-b抑制劑等方面的研究。
