個人簡介

余佳,1978年生,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院長聘教授(首批)、RNA與干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)課題組組長,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院RNA與造血調(diào)控研究重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室PI。2006年7月畢業(yè)于中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院/北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所生化與分子生物學(xué)系,理學(xué)博士。2006-2007年在美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)芝加哥分校工作(Post-doc)。2007-2009年在美國西北大學(xué)Feinberg醫(yī)學(xué)院工作(Post-doc)。2009年10月回國加入中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所生化系及醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。


主要研究方向

RNA與干細(xì)胞生物學(xué):造血干細(xì)胞起源、異質(zhì)性、譜系分化與生態(tài)的分子動力學(xué)圖譜;非編碼RNA加工與成熟的分子機(jī)制及其在干細(xì)胞分化與相關(guān)疾病中的作用機(jī)理;胚胎及成體干細(xì)胞功能的RNA調(diào)控機(jī)理;RNA代謝及調(diào)控的生理功能和轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用。
