個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

宋丹青,1964年生,籍貫山東棲霞,藥物化學(xué)專家,醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年考入北京師范大學(xué)化學(xué)專業(yè),1986年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。1986-1989年在北京師范大學(xué)有機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事有機(jī)合成研究。2003-2008年在北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院微生物與生化專業(yè)攻讀在職博士,從事藥物化學(xué)研究。1992年升為助理研究員。1997年為副研究員。


主要研究方向

抗感染、抗腫瘤與抗代謝藥物的化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)機(jī)制與新藥研發(fā)。對(duì)活性天然產(chǎn)物開展理性結(jié)構(gòu)改造,解析化學(xué)小分子與生物大分子的直接靶標(biāo)與鍵合機(jī)制,尋找結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、機(jī)制獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)新藥物。
