殷濤，1964年出生，籍貫山東德州，生物醫學工程所研究員，博士生導師。1980年考入山東大學物理系磁學專業，1984年獲得學士學位。1992年在中國協和醫科大學生物醫學工程專業攻讀碩士學位，碩士研究方向為智能化中醫治療儀器研究。1991年晉升助理研究員，1997年晉升副研究員，2005年晉升研究員。2002年-2005年，任醫學物理與醫學測量實驗室主任，2005年-2010年，任生物醫學工程所副所長，2022年擔任生物醫學工程所神經調控與醫學成像研究中心主任。
